Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies was awarded the contract for the design & installation of 2 brackish water reverse osmosis desalination units.

One unit will produce ultra pure water to provide drinking water and feed water for the Nauru Hospital whilst the other unit will provide ultra pure water for dialysis treatment.

The hospital was able to receive funding by the Commonwealth of Australia through the Department of Immigration And Citizenship and the Nauru Government for this project.
